At approximately 3:40 PM on November 9th, a traffic accident occurred on National Highway 1A in Quynh Giang commune, Quynh Luu district, involving a 24-seater passenger bus and a 4-seater car.

At that time, a 24-seat passenger bus with license plate 37B – 0006.14, traveling from Vinh to Hanoi, crashed violently into the rear of a 4-seat car with license plate 37A -121.87 traveling in the same direction ahead in Hamlet 7, Quynh Giang Commune, Quynh Luu District.

The powerful impact caused the four-seater car to lose control and lurch forward, landing about 10 meters away from the passenger bus. The rear of the four-seater car was severely damaged.
