The car lost its brakes while going downhill, killing a mother and her child.

(Baonghean.vn) - At approximately 4:15 PM on November 17th, while traveling on National Highway 16, at the foot of the slope near the four "deadly" curves in Muong village, Chau Kim commune (Que Phong district), the motorbike driven by Ms. H unfortunately lost its brakes and crashed into the embankment.

While descending a slope, Ms. H's car, carrying her two sons and residing in Block 2, Kim Son town, crashed violently into the embankment on the left side of the road. Ms. H and her youngest son died instantly; her eldest son was hospitalized with multiple injuries.

Immediately after the accident occurred, authorities arrived at the scene to investigate the cause and regulate traffic.

Currently, Ms. H and her daughter have been brought home to proceed with the funeral arrangements.
