The traffic accident occurred at 5:20 p.m. on January 30 on National Highway 1A in Hamlet 8, Dien Truong Commune, Dien Chau District.

Accordingly, at the above time, Ms. Chu Thi Hien (48 years old, resident of Hamlet 8, Dien Truong Commune, Dien Chau) was riding a bicycle from work to work, crossing the railway to get down to National Highway 1A to go home.
When just crossing the railway to the National Highway, it collided with a motorbike with license plate 37H8 - 7521 driven by a middle-aged woman going in the direction of Quynh Luu - Vinh. The strong impact caused both people to fall onto the road, the motorbike flew far away and burned to ashes.
Immediately after the accident, the Dien Chau traffic police promptly called an ambulance to take the two women to the emergency room and made a record to clarify the cause of the accident.
