According to Point e, Clause 3, Article 7 of Decree 168/2024/ND-CP, a fine of VND 600,000 to VND 800,000 shall be imposed on drivers who commit the following acts:
A person driving a vehicle or carrying a passenger carrying bulky objects.
In case the person driving or carrying a passenger carrying a bulky object causes a traffic accident, the fine will be from 10,000,000 VND to 14,000,000 VND.
Thus, according to the above regulations, drivers who transport bulky goods will be fined from 600,000 VND to 800,000 VND. In case of transporting bulky goods and causing an accident, the fine is from 10,000,000 VND to 14,000,000 VND.
