Diesel motorbikes, high chassis under 500 million in Vietnam

The predecessor of UAZ vehicles was mainly produced for military purposes, with a simple structure, easy to repair and disassemble. UAZ appeared in Vietnam since the last century, and reappeared in October 2016. All UAZ models are imported completely from Russia.

Basically, apart from the engine block, the details on the diesel UAZ are similar to the gasoline version currently distributed in the Vietnamese market. The vehicle inherits the design from the UAZ 469 model of the 70s, which is still occasionally seen on the streets today.

Simple round headlights, using halogen bulbs.

The UAZ Hunter has a boxy design. The vehicle has dimensions of length x width x height of 4,100 x 1,730 x 2,010 mm, a wheelbase of 2,380 mm, a ground clearance of 210 mm and a wading depth of 500 mm. The front uses disc brakes, and the rear drum brakes. The vehicle does not have an ABS anti-lock braking system.

The rear of the car has a square design with a spare tire at the back and has a horizontal opening. The rear taillights of the car have a large, vertical cylindrical design, and use halogen bulbs.

The interior is basic. No entertainment system or airbags. Manual windows. Clock next to the steering column, with a small electronic display showing the distance traveled. Oil-assisted steering wheel.

Simple buttons, with light switches, priority lights, interior lights... Open/close outside air intake on the hood, along with a cabin heating system that takes heat from the engine compartment. Air conditioning system is not available, only installed if the buyer needs it.

However, the UAZ Hunter still retains the "spirit" of an off-road vehicle. The seats are covered in waterproof imitation leather and the floor is designed to drain water quickly. The rear seats can be folded down to increase storage space.

The UAZ Hunter diesel engine has a capacity of 2.2 liters, 114 horsepower, maximum speed of 130 km/h. The car is equipped with a 5-speed manual transmission and 4-wheel drive. According to the manufacturer, in mixed conditions, the car consumes 9.5 liters of fuel for every 100 km.

The diesel engine only appears on the Hunter soft-top and Hunter Classic versions. Meanwhile, the gasoline version also has the Hunter Trophy version. The UAZ Hunter line is mainly aimed at customers who love off-road and are truly passionate about UAZ due to the disadvantages of equipment. Currently, the car price has not been unified. The importer only gave a figure under 500 million VND. Meanwhile, the gasoline version, Hunter soft-top and Hunter Classic have selling prices of 390 million VND and 410 million VND respectively.
