The accident occurred at 5 PM this afternoon (November 23rd) on National Highway 1A in Quynh Giang commune, Quynh Luu district.

Accordingly, at that time, the truck with license plate 37C - 224.97 was traveling in the same direction ahead of the motorbike with license plate 37Y1 3987 in the Vinh - Hanoi direction.

Upon reaching that location, the car suddenly swerved to the left, causing the motorbike following behind to be unable to react in time and crash under the car. The motorbike driver, Long Lac (18 years old), residing in Hamlet 13, Quynh Lam Commune, Quynh Luu District, suffered extremely critical injuries and was taken to the hospital by local residents for emergency treatment.
