Accordingly, at approximately 2:40 PM on February 17th, a truck with license plate 37C-255.14 (driver's identity unknown) was traveling on Provincial Road 22 when, upon reaching the section passing through Kim Thanh hamlet, Hung Thanh commune, it suddenly collided with a motorbike with license plate 37N1-333.24, carrying two women (identities unknown, from Tan Ky district).
