Accordingly, the motorbike with license plate 37C1 - 063.64 driven by Mr. PHN (born in 1990), residing in Block 9, Con Cuong Town, carrying Mr. LTH (born in 1962) traveling in the direction of Hoa Binh - Vinh, collided with a tractor-trailer running in the opposite direction with license plate 37C - 197.38, driven by Mr. Thai Doan Mai (born in 1978), residing in Hoa Son - Do Luong.

The accident caused Mr. N. (the motorcyclist) to die on the spot, Mr. LTH was seriously injured and is being taken to the Tay Nam Nghe An General Hospital for emergency treatment.
