The "private lane" used by car drivers on National Highway 15, the section passing through the Vuon Xanh urban area in Do Luong town, has angered many people.
A video, of unknown date, is currently circulating on social media showing a white passenger car with license plate 37A-951.84 driving against the flow of traffic on National Highway 15, in the Vuon Xanh urban area of Do Luong town.
As it approached the intersection, the car only changed direction and entered the correct lane after receiving a signal from the oncoming vehicle.
The driver's deliberate act of driving against the flow of traffic has angered many people, who are demanding that authorities quickly investigate and take strict action.
