A video with an unknown timestamp is currently circulating on social media, recording a white car with license plate 37A-951.84 traveling in the wrong direction on National Highway 15, through the Green Garden Urban Area, in Do Luong town.
When approaching the intersection, this car changed direction and went into the correct lane when there was a signal from the opposite vehicle.
The driver's behavior of deliberately going the wrong way has made many people angry and requested the authorities to quickly verify and handle it strictly.
