Truck crashes into house, 13-year-old girl miraculously escapes death

(Baonghean.vn)- At around 5am on February 24, a truck traveling on National Highway 1A through Hamlet 6, Nghi Lien Commune, Vinh City suddenly climbed onto the sidewalk, broke a traffic sign, and crashed into a house. A 13-year-old girl sleeping in the house miraculously escaped death.

Not stopping there, the car continued to move forward about 10m and crashed into the wall of Mrs. Cao Thi Phien's house (born in 1941). In the house at that time, besides Mrs. Phien, there was also her 13-year-old granddaughter sleeping on the bed. Luckily, the two of them managed to escape and only suffered minor injuries.

At the scene, the truck had a blown right front tire and the cabin was severely damaged. Half of Mrs. Phien’s bedroom was completely destroyed. The furniture in the house was scattered with bricks and stones.

Currently, Vinh City Traffic Police are examining the scene and investigating the cause of the accident.
