Truck crashes into three houses in the early morning; many people narrowly escape death.
(Baonghean.vn) - A truck traveling on National Highway 48 suddenly lost control and crashed into three houses along the roadside, causing panic among residents.

The accident occurred at approximately 1:40 AM on June 8th, at Km 53+700m on National Highway 48, near the Sang Le intersection, Hop Tam hamlet, Tam Hop commune (Quy Hop district).
At that time, the tractor-trailer truck with license plate 37C - 173.39, towing a trailer with license plate 3R - 015.92, driven by Sam Thanh Tu (36 years old, from Quy Hop), was traveling in the direction of Quy Hop - Nghia Dan.

Upon reaching the location, the vehicle lost control, veered to the left side of the road, and crashed into the wall of the restaurant owned by Mr. Tran Ngoc Linh's family (Hop Tam hamlet, Tam Hop commune).
The car continued to speed forward, crashing into the walls of two grocery stores and a children's toy shop before finally coming to a stop.
At the time of the accident, there were about 12 people sleeping in the three houses; fortunately, none of them were injured. The truck driver sustained only minor injuries.

At the scene, the corrugated iron roofs and walls of three houses had collapsed, the front of the truck was damaged, and authorities used welding equipment to cut through the roof to remove the truck from the rubble.

Immediately after receiving the report, the Quy Hop District Police reported to the Provincial Police leadership and deployed forces to take the injured to the hospital; coordinating with Team 1.48 - PC67 Department, Provincial Police, Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department No. 3, and the Tam Hop commune police force to protect and examine the scene, ensuring security in the accident area.
Currently, the police in Quy Hop district are continuing to investigate and clarify the incident.
