Truck overturns after head-on collision on National Highway 7A.

(Baonghean.vn) - On December 15th, Traffic Control Team 1.7 (Nghe An Traffic Police Department) reported a serious accident involving two trucks on National Highway 7A, section passing through Thinh Son commune, Do Luong district.

According to reports, the accident occurred at approximately 6:50 AM on National Highway 7A, in Thinh Son commune, Do Luong district. A truck with license plate 37C17853, traveling towards Do Luong town, collided head-on with a sand-carrying truck with license plate 37C17415 traveling in the opposite direction, causing significant damage to both vehicles.

At the scene, the truck with license plate 37C17853 had its cabin crushed, while the truck with license plate 37C17415 overturned into a field. The accident resulted in serious injuries to both drivers, and local residents promptly took the injured to the hospital for emergency treatment.

Traffic police quickly arrived at the scene to regulate traffic and handle the accident.

The initial cause of the accident was determined to be that due to rain and slippery roads, the two drivers lost control of their vehicles due to excessive speed.
