At a customer conference with 550 distributors from the North Central region, organized by Song Lam Cement Joint Stock Company at the Nghi Thiet Cement Grinding Plant and Seaport area, Nghi Loc district (Nghe An province), many opinions affirmed that the quality of Song Lam cement has contributed to the prosperity of distributors and agents nationwide. In particular, users of the product lines are very satisfied with the cement's high plasticity and stable volume during hardening.

Representing the first-tier distributor, Mr. Tran Cong Danh - Director of Truong An (Thuy Danh) Co., Ltd. in Do Luong district, affirmed: “Throughout the process of bringing Song Lam cement products to consumers, serving the construction of hundreds of large and small projects, we have never received any complaints about product quality. This is a great assurance for our business to confidently develop services and connect with the Song Lam Cement Factory to consumers…”

Mr. Pham Ngoc Ha, Director of Hoanh Son Group Joint Stock Company in Ha Tinh province, said: "We used to distribute cement for several domestic factories, but since distributing Song Lam cement, we have received many orders from people. Feedback from the people also indicates that Song Lam cement has stable quality and a more competitive price than some other cement products."

The cluster of facilities in Nghe An, including the Song Lam Cement Plant, the Nghi Thiet Cement Grinding Station, and an international seaport capable of accommodating 70,000-ton vessels, has significantly enhanced the production and service capacity of The Vissai Cement Group. These facilities supply 9 million tons of clinker and cement annually to both domestic and international markets, bringing the total annual clinker and cement production capacity of The Vissai Cement Group to over 20 million tons.

In addition, over 1,000 specialized transport vehicles; a river transport fleet with a carrying capacity of over 50,000 tons and a sea transport fleet of over 100,000 tons are ready to meet the needs of domestic and international customers with the best products and highest quality service. Throughout the product supply process, Song Lam Cement Joint Stock Company and other units under The Vissai Cement Group always prioritize ensuring the quality of their product lines. A favorable factor is that Song Lam Cement Joint Stock Company's new production line is designed using Japanese technology (specifically, the roller mills are imported directly from Germany).

The production process utilizes a dry-process rotary kiln with an ILC calciner, distributed combustion, and a 5-stage cyclone heat exchange tower. The system boasts superior features such as low fuel consumption, and the kiln exhaust and clinker cooling gases are treated using electrostatic precipitators, ensuring environmental protection.

The production line is 100% automated, with all equipment controlled and monitored from the central control room by foreign experts and Vietnamese engineers. The factory's quality management department is equipped with modern and integrated equipment.

The automated quality control system, with its optimized computer and specialized software programs, manages the quality of raw materials, allowing for accurate analysis and the determination of optimal feed rates, ensuring minimal error in clinker and cement production upon shipment.
