After many days of surveillance, at 4:15 p.m. on October 13, Phu Quoc District Police (Kien Giang) caught 15 subjects red-handed gambling for money in the form of 6-card poker, in Cua Duong Commune, Phu Quoc District.
The subjects caught red-handed include: Mai Thi Kim Hue (22 years old), Nguyen Huynh Nhu (38 years old), Ha My Tinh (59 years old), Nguyen Thi Tuyet Trinh (37 years old), Nghiem Thi Dung (46 years old), Le Thi Le Thu (31 years old), Vo Thi My (44 years old), Dao Thi Nho (42 years old), Duong Thi Thuy (45 years old), Ha My Anh (50 years old), Nguyen Van Duc (53 years old), Le Hoang Phuong (20 years old), Phu Ngoc Dung (51 years old), Duong Thi Hanh (41 years old) and Phu Ai Hue (35 years old), all residing in Phu Quoc district.

At the scene, the police temporarily seized 2 gambling tables, including: 4 decks of cards, 34 million VND, nearly 160 million VND in cash; 15 mobile phones and 12 motorbikes of various types.
At the police station, the suspects confessed that they had gambled for money many times and often moved locations to avoid being monitored by the police. The case is currently being investigated and clarified by the Phu Quoc District Police.
