(Baonghean.vn) - On the occasion of the 86th anniversary of national unity day, Hamlet 2, Que Son Commune, Que Phong District organized a ceremony to receive the title of the first hamlet meeting new rural standards in the district.

Hamlet 2, Que Son Commune - Que Phong received recognition of meeting new rural standards.

With the motto of the state and people working together, after 6 years of implementing Hamlet 2, Que Son commune has achieved 15 criteria for mountainous rural hamlets. The outstanding criteria are low income and poor households.

The hamlet has 102 households, 403 people, the average income per capita in 2011 was 10 million VND/person/year, by 2016 it reached 26 million VND/person/year. The poverty rate in 2011 was 21.62%, now it has decreased to 6.8%...

In addition to the state's cement investment, the village has contributed over 103 million VND in cash, mobilizing nearly 1,000 working days to close 100% of village roads and alleys with concrete. Education, health care, and environment are given attention. The political system is strong, security is maintained.

At the ceremony, leaders of Que Phong district awarded the hamlet a certificate of recognition for meeting new rural standards and a reward of 20 million VND. On this occasion, the hamlet received a certificate of merit for 18 consecutive years without a third child.
