According to artist Cat Phuong, Hoai Linh was hospitalized due to an intestinal infection, diarrhea, and blood in his urine, sometimes accompanied by delirium and fever. Despite his illness, he remained preoccupied with work, causing his family and loved ones great distress and worry.

Accordingly, artist Hoài Linh will have to stay in the hospital for a week for treatment, limiting his speech to avoid any negative impact on his health.

Reportedly, this is not the first time Hoai Linh has been hospitalized due to overwork. Previously, according to his sister, he had to be hospitalized because of a tumor in his throat. Fortunately, the tumor was completely removed after surgery.

After each performance, backstage, he had to have his blood pressure measured by a doctor and be given oxygen to breathe. On one occasion, every time the IV tube was removed, Hoai Linh would go back on stage to perform, and afterwards, the medical team would give him another IV drip.
