Handling 23 reckless drivers weaving and doing wheelies
Nam Dinh City Police (Nam Dinh Province) are investigating and handling 23 teenagers who gathered, drove motorbikes swerving, weaving, and doing wheelies on many streets.
On the evening of August 30, Nam Dinh Provincial Police announced that the Criminal Police Team of Nam Dinh City Police is investigating the case of 23 teenagers (aged 14 to 18) gathering, driving motorbikes in a zigzag manner, weaving and doing wheelies on many streets.
Accordingly, on the evening of July 9, 23 teenagers gathered and drove motorbikes at high speed, in three groups and without helmets, from Nam Truc district to Nam Dinh city.
When arriving at Vy Xuyen Lake (Nam Dinh City), this group continued to drive at high speed, honking loudly, weaving and swerving, endangering other road users.

Afterwards, the subjects continued to set off firecrackers and drive at high speed in groups, causing chaos on many streets. Some teenagers even drove their motorbikes in front of cars and motorbikes despite the presence of many other vehicles.
Realizing the dangerous situation, the Criminal Police Team of Nam Dinh City Police quickly investigated and arrested this group of teenagers. The group's actions that disrupted public order and traffic safety caused outrage in the community.
On August 28, the Investigation Police Agency of Nam Dinh City Police issued a decision to prosecute the case and prosecute 20 related subjects for disturbing public order.
