Fined 2 young men riding motorbikes doing wheelies and weaving on National Highway 1A

Specifically, after receiving information from Nghe An Newspaper, the Traffic Police Department of the Provincial Police and Nghi Loc District Police have stepped in to verify. Accordingly, the motorbike with license plate 37B3 - 145.71 driven by two young men on National Highway 1A through Nghi Long Commune, Nghi Loc District on the afternoon of September 19 belonged to Mr. Dau Xuan P., address in Trung Do Ward, Vinh City, rented to Ms. Ha Thi D., address in Nghia Thanh Commune, Nghia Dan District from August 21, 2022. Because she had personal business in the South, Ms. D. left the motorbike with license plate 37B3 - 145.71 at home.

On September 19, 2022, Vo Thai S. (born 2006), address Nghia Thanh commune, Nghia Dan, son of Ms. D., took the above motorbike without permission.

At about 5:30 p.m. the same day, Vo Thai S. drove motorbike 37B3 - 145.71 carrying Nguyen Van Q. (born 2004) from Tru Met hamlet, Nghia Khanh commune, Nghia Dan district to Km 444, National Highway 1A in Nghi Long commune, Nghi Loc district, Nam Cam intersection area. While traveling, Vo Thai S. committed the following violations:Weaveon roads outside urban areas; driving on one wheel for two-wheeled vehicles; not obeying traffic light signals; not wearing helmets for motorcyclists; carrying passengers on the vehicle who are not wearing helmets for motorcyclists.

In addition, Vo Thai S. is not old enough to drive a motorbike with a cylinder capacity of 50 cm³or more.

Working with the authorities, Vo Thai S. and Nguyen Van Q. admitted all their violations.

On October 3, the Traffic Police Department drew up a record and issued a decision to fine Vo Thai S. and Nguyen Van Q. for the above violations.

Previously, as reported by Nghe An Newspaper, the image was recorded by a person sitting in a car behind, traveling from Vinh - Hanoi at 5:30 p.m. on September 19, near Nam Cam intersection, in Nghi Long commune, Nghi Loc district, 2 young men of school age without helmets, riding a white Honda motorbike with license plate 37B3 - 145.71, moving towards Nam Cam intersection, doing wheelies, weaving, and swerving. Notably, when arriving at the intersection, these 2 young men did not obey the traffic light signals.

According to the officers of the Traffic Police Department's Handling Team, based on the Decrees, age, and violations mentioned above, the fine is 8,900,000 VND (if over 18 years old, nearly 20 million VND)./.
