A fine of 86 million VND and a two-month suspension of operations were imposed on Nghe An Medical Company Limited.
This company provides medical examination and treatment services beyond the scope of expertise specified in its license.

Information from the Inspectorate of the Nghe An Department of Health: Recently, the Inspectorate of the Department of Health issued and announced a decision to impose an administrative fine of 86 million VND on Nghe An Medical Company Limited (address at IK 10-11, No. 72, Le Loi Street, Hung Binh Ward, Vinh City).
At the same time, the facility's license to operate medical examination and treatment services was revoked for a period of 2 months; and the medical practice certificate of Mr. Phan Huu Khoa, the person in charge of professional matters at the facility, was revoked for a period of 1 month.
Accordingly, in the past, Nghe An Medical Company Limited failed to report to the competent state agency in cases of changes in practitioners as prescribed by law; and provided medical examination and treatment services beyond the scope of expertise specified in its medical examination and treatment operating license.
This decision will take effect from January 10, 2025.
