| Every Lunar New Year, from the 30th day of the 12th lunar month until the 5th day of the 1st lunar month, people in the Thanh Chuong resettlement area organize communal New Year celebrations in each village, enjoying bamboo dances, drinking rice wine, tug-of-war competitions, and throwing the "con" (a traditional game)... This year, Kim Chuong village (Thanh Son commune), Noong and Nhan Pa villages (Ngoc Lam commune)... are among the villages that celebrated the New Year later than usual. |

| During this time, some families who still preserve traditional musical instruments often organize "Tet celebrations," inviting people from other villages to their homes to celebrate Tet, strengthening community bonds. Attending the Tet festivities at the village cultural center as well as in individual families, everyone freely showcases their artistic talents (dancing, singing, playing musical instruments, etc.) and has a great time. |
