The wedding ceremony was jointly organized by Chi Linh Pagoda (Xuan Thanh Commune, Yen Thanh District) and Hoa Sen Disabled Center in a warm, joyful and exciting atmosphere. Although there were only bowls of green tea, cakes and candies donated by the pagoda and benefactors; songs and singing by cultural staff; and a tent house supported by a charitable organization, the atmosphere was warm and loving.

In the joy of the most important day of his life, Mr. Manh emotionally shared: My wife and I were not lucky enough to meet in the same house as Hoa Sen Disabled Center. Born into hardship, we did not dare to dream of having a wedding like everyone else, but it is a miracle that today we have had a happy day as a couple in our lives.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhung - Director of Hoa Sen Disability Center said: Manh, from Nghi Lam commune (Nghi Loc), unfortunately suffered a spinal injury and is no longer able to walk and has to use a wheelchair. In 2017, when Hoa Sen Disability Center was established, he asked his family for permission to stay at the center to live and learn a trade. As for Ms. Nhan, from hamlet 15, Dong Thanh commune (Yen Thanh), she was born with dry cornea, poor vision, and hearing loss.

"When the two children saw that they were of one mind and one heart, both families agreed; but due to difficult economic conditions, I discussed with the temple to organize a wedding for the two children. With the support and help of benefactors, the wedding took place very warmly, hoping that the two children will have good health, love and support each other in life" - Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhung added.
