Yamaha's concept car has the ability to recognize and communicate with the owner through a system of cameras, sensors and control software.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is one of the most interesting technologies today. Robots, self-driving cars... all use this technology and Yamaha has pioneered bringing it to a concept motorcycle model.

The concept, named Motoroid by Yamaha, has many smart features, is fully electric and can drive itself. Moreover, this motorcycle model uses artificial intelligence, can automatically recognize the owner and provide appropriate communication.

In fact, AI is still a new field and car manufacturers are trying to accelerate the application of products, so that cars are not just a means of transporting their owners from one place to another. The Motoroid concept car has a futuristic design, like in a science fiction movie.

Parts such as wheels, front/rear swingarms are not much different from commercial vehicles, but the seat and handlebars are different. The riding position is like riding a sportbike because the distance from the seat to the handlebars is quite far and the handlebars are placed low.

The Yamaha Motoroid body uses a variety of lightweight carbon fiber materials. The lithium-ion battery system that powers the vehicle is located in the position usually found on a traditional manual transmission vehicle and is designed like a sports water bottle.

Meanwhile, the electric motor is placed in the rear wheel to reduce kinetic energy loss during operation. With artificial intelligence, Yamaha Motoroid uses millions of sensors to recognize the owner's biometrics and understand their intentions. According to Yamaha representatives, Motoroid can adapt to many different driving styles, depending on the driver.

This motorcycle can recognize its owner and understand commands.and self-propelled, reminding customers of the self-balancing concept car Honda introduced not long ago.Currently, Yamaha has not announced the official time when this concept can be put into commercial production, because AI technology still needs more testing and research.
