Yen Bai has a new Head of the Forestry Sub-Department

Accordingly, Mr. Mai Mong Tuan - Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Yen Bai province will hold the position of Head of the Forestry Sub-Department. Under him are 3 Deputy Heads of the Sub-Department.

On the morning of September 12, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development held an announcement of the decision of the People's Committee of Yen Bai province to appoint Mr. Mai Mong Tuan, Deputy Director of the Department, to hold the position of Head of the Forestry Sub-Department from September 7 and 3 Deputy Heads of the Sub-Department.

According to Joint Circular 14/2015/TTLT-BNNPTNT-BNV dated March 25, 2015, Clause d, Article 3 stipulates: "Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development shall not concurrently hold the position of Head of the Sub-Department. In case of concurrent holding, the concurrent holding period shall not exceed 12 months". However, according to the above Decision, Mr. Tuan holds this position without an end date.

In his new position at the Department, Mr. Tuan will inherit the unfinished work from his predecessor Do Cuong Minh.
