While borrowing a friend's motorbike for an errand, T. impulsively lay down on the seat and sped off. Based on information from social media, traffic police tracked down and fined T.
On December 16th, the Traffic Police Team of District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, issued an administrative penalty notice to NMT (residing in District 1) for the offense of "lying on the motorcycle seat while driving." For this violation, T. was fined 6-8 million VND, had his vehicle impounded for 7 days, and had his driver's license revoked for 2-5 months.

Upon verification, authorities determined that the incident occurred on the afternoon of December 11th. The owner of the vehicle was NPĐ.L. (born in 1996, residing in Tan Binh), who lent the car to T., who then committed the act.
On the afternoon of December 15th, the Traffic Police Team of District 1 Police summoned T. for questioning. T. admitted his violation, expressed remorse for his actions that affected traffic safety, and complied by signing the penalty notice.
