60-year-old pervert raped 3-year-old girl
Taking advantage of the time when no one was home, Vien raped a 3-year-old girl.
On September 7, Hong Bang District Police, Hai Phong City issued an order to temporarily detain Nguyen Van Vien to clarify the act of rape.
Previously, on September 5, Quan Toan Ward Police (Hong Bang District, Hai Phong City) received a complaint from the family of 3-year-old H., residing in Quan Toan Ward, about H. being raped by Nguyen Van Vien (57 years old, residing at No. 67, Dong Huong Group, Quan Toan Ward).
Afterwards, Hong Bang District Police summoned Nguyen Van Vien to fight and clarify.
At the police station, Vien confessed to raping H. while she was playing at his house at 10:30 a.m. on September 4.
