1. Puff cheeks

Puff out your cheeks as much as possible and push air from left to right five times. Then exhale and make a small “O” shape with your mouth. Repeat this exercise three or four times to keep your cheeks firm and not sagging.

2. Stick out your tongue

Stick your tongue out as far as possible and hold this position for 60 seconds. Repeat 3 times.

3. Look up at the ceiling
