Về ngành đào tạo, Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo nêu rõ các ngành học theo nhu cầu đào tạo giảng viên của các trường và nhu cầu đào tạo nguồn nhân lực phục vụ phát triển kinh tế - xã hội đất nước, ưu tiên đào tạo các ngành khoa học kỹ thuật, công nghệ, khoa học tự nhiên, nông nghiệp và một số ngành khoa học xã hội và nhân văn.

General conditions for candidates are to have good moral qualities, be healthy enough to study abroad, commit to return to the country to serve at the training institution that sent them to study; not over 45 years old in the year of application; register for a major that is suitable for the major they graduated from at university or master's level; have an official dispatch from the school where the candidate works or the school has signed a contract committing to recruit them as lecturers after graduation; have sufficient foreign language proficiency according to regulations.

Candidates must register for admission simultaneously in both of the following two ways: a) Submit application online at https://tuyensinh.vied.vn/; b) Submit paper application: Candidates send paper application documents by registered express mail to the Department of Foreign Training - Ministry of Education and Training, 21 Le Thanh Tong, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi.

Application deadline: Before March 31, 2016 (based on the postmark of the application sent to the Department of Foreign Training and the time of completing online registration).

It is expected that the results of the admission approval will be announced to schools and candidates in June 2016. The Department of Foreign Training will send an official dispatch to notify schools with successful candidates and send an email instructing candidates to check their results on the online system where they registered for admission.

The admission results are valid for admission procedures within 12 months from the date of signing the Decision approving admission for candidates who have met the foreign language requirements according to the admission regulations of the foreign training institution and 18 months for candidates who need time to study to improve their foreign language proficiency to meet the admission requirements of the foreign training institution.

At the same time, because Project 911 was approved by the Prime Minister to be implemented until December 31, 2020, successful candidates need to complete the procedures to go to school with the deadline to finish the course and return home before January 1, 2021./.
