Previously, at 2:15 p.m. on June 12, Mr. Luong Van Dan (born in 1974, residing in Khe Le, Co Phat village, Mon Son commune, Con Cuong district) came to the police station to report that his daughter, Luong Thi Mo (born in 2000, studying in grade 7 at Mon Son Secondary School), had been taken to an unknown destination by La Thi T, a resident of the same village. Mo left at 10 p.m. on June 11.
