One person drowned while tending buffaloes.

(Baonghean.vn) - At 8:30 AM on September 16th, while herding buffaloes near Bau Ganh bridge, Mr. Hoang Van Hai (born in 1975), residing in Hamlet 1, Nam Lam (Dien Lam), unfortunately slipped and drowned. Authorities are currently searching for the victim.

Mr. Pham Xuan Sanh, Vice Chairman of the Dien Chau District People's Committee, who is currently at the scene directing the search operation, said: Immediately after receiving the information, the district mobilized forces along with relatives to focus on searching for the victim. However, as of 3:30 PM, the victim has still not been found due to high water levels, strong currents, and an excessive amount of water hyacinth.
