1. Eat enough meals but reduce portion sizes
Manushi Chhillar's first rule of eating is to eat small meals so that she doesn't feel hungry and crave snacks. However, her portion sizes are extremely limited. When she feels low on energy, she drinks coconut water or eats low-sugar fruits.
2. Don't skip breakfast
The new Miss World usually drinks a glass of warm water with a few drops of lemon juice right after waking up and has breakfast with 2 or 3 portions of egg whites, avocado, carrots, radishes and sweet potatoes.
