Ten teachers have been nominated for the title of Outstanding Teacher.

(Baonghean.vn) -On the afternoon of April 21st, the Council for Awarding the Titles of People's Teacher and Excellent Teacher of Nghe An province held a meeting chaired by Ms. Dinh Thi Le Thanh - Member of the Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and Chairman of the Council for Awarding the Title of Excellent Teacher for the 13th time - 2014.

As a result, 10 teachers were unanimously approved by all 21 members of the Council for consideration by the Council for the Awarding of the Titles of People's Teacher and Excellent Teacher of the Ministry of Education and Training for further review. These teachers include: Trinh Xuan Binh, teacher at Dien Chau 3 High School; Tran Thi Hoa, Principal of Van Dien 1 Primary School, Nam Dan District; Le Ngoc Hung, teacher at Phan Boi Chau Specialized High School; Nguyen Thi Kieu Huong, Principal of Do Luong 1 High School; Tran Huu Hy, Chief Inspector of the Nghe An Department of Education and Training; Ngo Quang Long, Head of the Dien Chau District Department of Education and Training; Pham Thi Bich Luu, Deputy Principal of Dien Ky Primary School, Dien Chau District; Tran Thi Nhu Ngoc, Principal of Xuan Son Primary School, Do Luong District; Nguyen Thi Bao Tuyet, teacher at Do Luong Town Primary School; and Nguyen Thi Thien Thu, Principal of Minh Hop Secondary School, Quy Hop District.

Among the 10 people from Nghe An nominated for the title of Outstanding Teacher this time, 2 are from educational management agencies; 5 are school administrators and 3 are teachers directly involved in teaching. The oldest is Mr. Tran Huu Hy (born in 1955), and the youngest is Ms. Tran Thi Nhu Ngoc (born in 1975).
