10 works selected for the 'Golden Moment' Photojournalism Contest
(Baonghean.vn) - At the final round, the jury selected 10 works to award prizes (2 Second prizes, 3 Third prizes and 5 Consolation prizes).
On the morning of November 8, at Nghe An Newspaper, the final round of the 8th "Golden Moment" Press Photo Contest took place, on the occasion of the 58th anniversary of the establishment of Nghe An Newspaper (November 10, 1961 - November 10, 2019).
Attending the event were comrades: Pham Thi Hong Toan - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Newspaper, Head of the Organizing Committee; Tran Van Hung - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee; Tran Duy Ngoan - Chairman of the Provincial Journalists Association.

The 8th “Golden Moment” photojournalism contest was launched from November 10, 2018 to October 25, 2019 with nearly 1,000 entries. The contest aims to improve the quality of photos in Nghe An Newspaper, encouraging the creative movement among journalists and photographers. This is a useful professional activity for professional journalists and those who love photojournalism.

The contest also aims to spread images, beautiful and impressive moments about activities taking place in the socio-economic life of Nghe An homeland.

After the preliminary round, 562 works by 76 authors entered the preliminary round. After the preliminary round, the jury selected 58 works to enter the final round, marking the 58th anniversary of Nghe An Newspaper. In the final round, the jury selected 10 excellent works to award prizes (2 Second prizes, 3 Third prizes and 5 Encouragement prizes).
The closing ceremony and award ceremony will be held tomorrow (November 9) at Kim Lien National Special Relic Site, Nam Dan District./.
