According to records, the bags of pig udders showed signs of having been left for a long time, had a very strong smell, and some of the packages had Chinese writing on them.
On the afternoon of February 3, the Thu Duc District Market Management Team counted and handled a large shipment of pig breasts of unknown origin in a container that was about to be smuggled into drinking establishments in the city during Tet.

After a period of monitoring, the market management force of Thu Duc district suddenly raided the parking lot at 229 Ngo Chi Quoc (Binh Chieu ward, Thu Duc district) and caught red-handed a container containing more than 300 bags of pig udders (total weight of about 10 tons) of unknown origin.

Working with the authorities, Mr. Dao Cong Khai (residing in Hoang Mai, Hanoi) - the owner of the shipment, could not present documents proving the origin of the shipment and admitted that he had collected pig breasts from the North and transported them to the above address to distribute to drinking establishments in the city.
