10 teenagers suspected of raping a girl

Seeing that the girl they had just met online was quite pretty, a group of teenagers in Ninh Thuan allegedly lured her to drink and then harmed her.

On October 7, 10 teenagers aged 13-16 were brought in by Ninh Hai District Police (Ninh Thuan) to investigate a suspected child rape case.

According to the initial investigation, Nhon (16 years old) was hanging out with 9 friends at the coastal embankment of Nhon Hai commune, Ninh Hai district, on the evening of September 30. A while later, they called his 14-year-old girlfriend, whom they had just met on social media, to come over for a drink.

Late at night, the girl came back but after driving about 100 meters, the car ran out of gas. Nhon saw the pretty girl and no one around, so he had a dark idea.

The group of teenagers are said to have run up, restrained the girl, covered her head with a coat, and sexually assaulted her. After committing the crime, they left the scene.

A few days later, the victim's family reported the incident to the police.
