11 master's degree programs are reopening for enrollment.
The Ministry of Education and Training has received official letters from training institutions providing explanations and supplementary information regarding the number of full-time lecturers in master's degree programs.

After reviewing and comparing with current regulations, the Ministry of Education and Training decided to allow the continued enrollment and organization of master's degree training from 2013 for 11 majors at 7 training institutions, as they have met the required conditions regarding the number of full-time lecturers.
Master's programs that have resumed enrollment include: Computer Science, Theory and Methodology of Teaching Informatics, and Information Systems at Hanoi Pedagogical University; Organic Chemistry, Theory and Methodology of Teaching Chemistry at Vinh University; Regional and Urban Planning at Hanoi University of Architecture; Business Administration at Hai Phong University; Ho Chi Minh Studies at the National Academy of Politics and Public Administration in Ho Chi Minh City; Hospital Management at the University of Public Health; and Musicology and Musical Arts at the Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory of Music.
Training institutions organize and manage the training of the aforementioned master's degree programs in accordance with their authority and the regulations in the current master's degree training regulations.
