12 ministries and branches search for corrupt assets

February 8, 2017 17:58

The Prime Minister requested 12 agencies to closely coordinate and promptly verify and trace the assets of defendants and related people in corruption cases.

In the directive issued on February 6, the Prime Minister stated that the results of the execution of judgments in the following year were higher than the previous year, but the number of cases and the amount of money transferred to the next period were still large, and many cases were prolonged and complicated. The reason was that the capacity, expertise, professionalism, and sense of responsibility of some leaders and civil servants of the civil judgment enforcement agency did not meet the requirements, and there were still signs of harassment and negativity. On the other hand, the number of cases and the amount of money received were increasing, and their nature was complicated.
