In addition to the banyan tree and the tamarind tree in the grounds of Van - Cua Rao Temple, 10 sa mu dau trees in Tam Hop commune, Tuong Duong district were also recognized as Vietnam Heritage Trees by the Vietnam Association for Conservation of Nature and Environment on this occasion. The ceremony to receive the certificate of recognition of heritage trees aims to honor, propagate and promote the values of trees, contributing to raising the sense of responsibility for protecting the environment, nature, preserving and promoting the Western Nghe An Biosphere Reserve.
