13 people killed in helicopter crash carrying minister in Mexico
At least 13 people on the ground, including three children, were killed when a helicopter carrying senior officials crashed in Oaxaca state.

A helicopter carrying Mexico's Interior Minister and the governor of Oaxaca state crashed into two trucks on February 16 while trying to land in Santiago Jamiltepec, after a visit to an area affected by the earthquake, according to...Reuters.
The officers survived but 12 people on the ground died at the scene. One person later died in hospital. Fifteen people were injured in the incident.
A 7.2 magnitude earthquake shook the Mexican state of Oaxaca and the capital Mexico City on the evening of February 16. Although there were no casualties, the earthquake damaged dozens of homes and left millions without power.
