At the time of inspection, nearly 100 “flyers” were still dancing to the loud music inside the nightclub. After sealing off the entire Dong Kinh hotel-restaurant-dance hall complex, the inspection team discovered that in the area of 7 VIP tables, there were many bags of white crystal drugs and colorful pills thrown on the stage, the nightclub floor and the bar.
49 people suspected of drug use were taken for testing, of which 14 tested positive for drugs.
These subjects have been handed over to the local police for processing. At the same time, a record was made of the facility owner for violations such as: lax management allowing customers to use drugs and stimulants, inadequate fire prevention and fighting, and occupying the sidewalk as a parking lot.
In fact, for a long time, this has been a place where violations have occurred repeatedly. Recently, on January 19, the owner of this establishment was also punished when authorities discovered 27 young men and women testing positive for drugs dancing inside the nightclub./.
