15 projects to build Vinh into an economic and cultural center of North Central Vietnam

(Baonghean.vn) – TVinh city and other sectors in the province are implementing 15 projects with many contents.On implementing the Prime Minister's direction, building Vinh into an economic and cultural center of North Central Vietnam.

Specifically: There are 7 old projects that continue to be implemented: Project to build Vinh city into an Information Technology center of the North Central region, project to build Vinh into a cultural center of the North Central region; project to build Vinh into an education and training center of the North Central region; project to build and develop high-tech healthcare to make Vinh city become a Medical Center of the North Central region in the period 2015 - 2020; project to develop Vinh city into a sports center of the North Central region, project to develop Vinh city into a Science - Technology center of the North Central region, project to develop essential technical infrastructure for Vinh city.

8 new projects are about to be issued, including: Adjusting the Land Use Planning of Vinh City to 2020; Project to adjust the administrative boundaries of Hung Nguyen and Nghi Loc districts, Cua Lo town to expand the administrative boundaries of Vinh City, Nghe An Province; Project to adjust the administrative boundaries of Hung Nguyen and Nghi Loc districts, Cua Lo town to expand the administrative boundaries of Vinh City, Nghe An Province; Project to develop Vinh City into a commercial center of the North Central region; Master plan for tourism development of Nghe An Province to 2030, vision to 2050; Project to develop high-tech industry in Nghe An Province in the period 2016-2020.

These projects aim to build Vinh city into a civilized, modern city, the political, economic and cultural center of Nghe An province; the center of the North Central region in the fields of finance, trade, tourism, science - technology, information technology, high-tech industry, health, culture, sports, education and training; with an advanced culture, imbued with Nghe An identity, a developed society, and the material and spiritual life of the people is increasingly improved.
