Located at an altitude of 1,500 m, Tay Son highland commune is one of the most remote areas of Ky Son district, where people's lives face many difficulties. To encourage and share with the people during the Lunar New Year, a volunteer group consisting of members of Nghe An Photo Club, Nghe An Heart Club and Manh Quang Company Limited went to Tay Son commune to give gifts to students and poor households and organize many meaningful activities here.

Accordingly, with the "Warm Winter" program launched 3 months ago, the Tam Long Xu Nghe Club has mobilized nearly 90 million VND in donations from benefactors. In addition, this club has given 540 gifts including: uniforms, blankets, mosquito nets, candy, necessities to students of Tay Son Ethnic Minority Secondary School and many primary and preschool schools in Tay Son.

Together with the organization of charity activities, through the program "Warmth of the Border Region", Nghe An Photo Club has organized auctions of some items online and on social networks, thereby raising nearly 40 million VND. In addition, with special activities, Nghe An Photo Club has organized free photo shoots for students, teachers and people of Huoi Giang village (Tay Son).
Coming to the people of Tay Son commune on this occasion, the volunteer group organized many meaningful activities such as: free haircuts for children, cultural exchanges, and art performances to encourage the people's spirit during the Lunar New Year.
