3:00 p.m. March 1: Gasoline prices hit all-time high
Increasing by 540-550 VND per liter from 3pm today, gasoline price is approaching 27,000 VND and recording the highest level ever.
After adjustment ofMinistry of Industry and Trade - Finance, each liter of E5 RON 92 gasoline from 3:00 p.m. on March 1st costs 26,070 VND (up 540 VND); RON 95 is 26,830 VND (up 550 VND).
This is the 6th consecutive increase in domestic gasoline prices since mid-December 2021. Thus, gasoline prices have approached the threshold of 27,000 VND per liter.
Prices of all oil products increased. Kerosene is 19,970 VND per liter, up 470 VND. Diesel is 21,310 VND per liter, up 510 VND. Madut is 18,460 VND per kilogram, up 530 VND.

Compared to the end of December last year, each liter of RON95 gasoline is 4,030 VND more expensive; E5 RON92 is 3,990 VND, diesel is 3,980 VND more expensive; kerosene is 3,650 VND and fuel oil is 2,720 VND more expensive.
At this executive session, the joint ministry stopped quoting fromPrice stabilization fundfor gasoline, diesel, kerosene. For fuel oil, the deduction for the fund is 300 VND/kg.
The price stabilization fund for RON 96 gasoline is 220 VND per liter, an increase of 110 VND compared to the adjustment on February 21. E5 RON92 gasoline, diesel, kerosene and mazut still maintain the fund spending levels of 250 VND, 300 VND and 0 VND, respectively.
