(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of January 11th, Buddhist followers from Yen Thanh district, An Thai Pagoda (Quynh Luu district), along with the People's Committee of Quynh Long commune, visited, offered condolences, and provided support to eight families of fishermen who died or went missing at sea on the NA-93240-TS vessel on December 9th. The delegation provided each of the eight families with 2 million VND in assistance.

It is understood that this funding was raised from the generosity of Buddhist followers in Yen Thanh district and An Thai pagoda (Quynh Luu district), sent to the eight families mentioned above, contributing a small part to help them overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives soon.
