167 billion VND invested in infrastructure of Southeast economic zone
(Baonghean.vn) - According to the report of the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board, in 2017 alone, the budget allocated 167 billion VND to continue investing in building the economic zone's technical infrastructure.
Specifically, the central budget capital is 127,500 billion VND, the capital extended from 2016 to 2017 is 19.6 billion VND and the local budget capital is 19.8 billion VND. Up to now, 166,385 billion VND has been disbursed (reaching 99.5%).

Also according to the report, the N2 cross-road project in the Southeast Nghe An Economic Zone has completed the asphalt concrete pavement of half of the northern route; completed the construction of 2.5km of foundation and roadbed in the south of the route and completed the entire longitudinal drainage system.
The D4 road project in the Southeast Nghe An Economic Zone has a length of 7.1km, with a total investment of VND857 billion, and has now technically opened phase 1. Meanwhile, the N5 road project (section 2) in the Southeast Nghe An Economic Zone has completed paving 4.9/4.9km of 1/2 of the northern route (2-layer paving of the road surface).
For the N5 road project, the entire route has been cleaned and opened to technical traffic. In addition, traffic routes in Area A of Nam Cam Industrial Park and the rescue and resettlement road for coastal residential areas of Dong Hoi are also under construction.
