(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of October 4, in Ky Son, the groundbreaking ceremony for upgrading the Na Ngoi-Khe Kien route and the Phu Kha and Phu Quac branch routes, from km 58 to km 72 in Ky Son district, took place.
