The “Education Talent Development Fund” award is a meaningful activity implemented by the Education Trade Union since 1994. After 25 years of implementation, the award has awarded 228 outstanding cadres and teachers.
Award consideration"Educational Talent Development Fund"is carried out based on the standards of pedagogical talent, work efficiency as well as moral qualities, teacher qualifications and prestige with generations of students, with the people and with colleagues.

In 2021, the award was given to 19 cadres and teachers, of which the youngest was born in 1990, two teachers: Nguyen Thi Thu Hien - Geography teacher at Ha Huy Tap Secondary School (Ha Huy Tap) and Hoang Thi Lan - teacher at Nghi Hung Kindergarten (Nghi Loc).
The remaining teachers are between 35 and 40 years old and have made many contributions to the industry, won many awards at provincial competitions for excellent teachers, and have many highly appreciated initiatives and experiences.

Speaking at the award ceremony, Director of the Department of Education and Training Thai Van Thanh congratulated and recognized the efforts of teachers. Through 17 times of organization, the "Education Talent Development Fund" award has timely encouraged and motivated the efforts of teachers.
This is also a recognition for teachers who have devoted day and night to the cause of educating people, and have been loved and admired by generations of students, colleagues, and people.

From the achievements, the Director of the Department of Education and Training also hopes that teachers need to continue to promote and spread their inherent qualities and abilities, promote the good traditions of Nghe An teachers, Vietnamese teachers to continue to contribute more talent and intelligence to the cause of Education, build and arouse inspiration, create motivation to have more exemplary teachers at school, in the area where they work, contributing to building the homeland to become increasingly prosperous.
In the context of the difficulties of the education sector at this time, the head of the Department of Education and Training also called on educators in the entire sector to continue to make dedicated efforts and devotion to their profession to do a good job of teaching and learning.

On the occasion of Vietnamese Teachers' Day, November 20, 2021, on behalf of the leaders of the sector, the Director of the Department of Education and Training also shared the difficulties, hardships of teachers, especially teachers living in remote areas, teachers in non-public schools, teachers who are quarantined in centralized quarantine areas... At the same time, he hoped that teachers would continue to strive to fulfill the noble goal of teaching letters and people, for the sake of beloved students.
