(Baonghean.vn) - Nghe An Provincial Police Detention Center handed over decisions to reduce the sentence serving time for 19 prisoners on the occasion of National Day, September 2.

On the morning of September 1, Nghe An Provincial Police Detention Center held a ceremony to announce the decision to reduce prison sentences on the occasion of National Day, September 2, for prisoners who have shown good behavior while serving their sentences.

The Council for Review of Prison Sentence Reduction has decided to reduce the prison sentences of 19 prisoners. Of these, 5 prisoners had their sentences reduced in full, and 14 prisoners had their sentences reduced from 1 to 6 months.

The leader of Nghe An Provincial Police Detention Center said that these prisoners all had a good rehabilitation process, strictly followed discipline, rules and regulations during their sentence.
