National technical regulations on wholesale markets and auction markets for agricultural, forestry and fishery products (kNot applicable to traditional, rural, mountainous markets; markets specializing in live animal trading; temporary markets; floating markets.) effective from April 1, stipulates that stalls, shops, kiosks, and stores located permanently within the market must have a minimum standard area of 3 square meters.
Wholesale markets must be separated from shops and petrol depots by a minimum distance of 80 m, separated from areas of environmental pollution and waste treatment areas by a minimum distance of 500 m. Roads for moving and transporting products within the market's business area must be at least 1.5 m wide. Stalls or shelves displaying products must be made of durable, easy-to-clean materials, suitable for the nature of each product.
Only excellent students are considered for admission to the medical field.

Effective from April 15, Circular 02/2019 of the Ministry of Education and Training amends and supplements a number of articles of the Regulations on regular university admissions and regular college admissions for teacher training majors, including changes related to the threshold for ensuring input quality in the fields of pedagogy and medicine.
In the 2019 enrollment period, for schools that select students based on the results of the national high school exam, the Ministry of Education will determine the threshold to ensure input quality for majors in the teacher training group, Medicine, Traditional Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Nursing, Preventive Medicine, Midwifery, Nutrition, Dental Prosthetics, Medical Testing, Medical Imaging, and Rehabilitation. From there, schools will develop an enrollment plan.
Specifically, the average score for admission using the national high school exam score of the school must be at least equal to the average score according to the input quality assurance threshold prescribed by the Ministry of Education.
