Two dog and cat thieves were surrounded and arrested by local people.
(Baonghean.vn) - Hung Nguyen District Police have just announced that they are detaining two suspects for stealing dogs and cats.
Previously, in the early morning of April 18, people in hamlet 5, Hung Phuc commune, Hung Nguyen district discovered 4 people riding 2 motorbikes committing a crime.dog and cat theft.

People immediately shouted and captured the two subjects. During the capture, the subjects fought back to find a way to escape, but were unsuccessful.
After the arrest, the people handed over the two subjects to the police. Through verification, it was found that the two subjects were Ha (born in 1982) and Anh (born in 1991), both residing in Hamlet 2, Hung Dao Commune, in which Ha had 2 previous convictions.
The case is currently being investigated and handled by the authorities according to regulations.
