On August 10, regarding a complaint from local residents about two daughters being sexually abused by two neighbors, causing a 16-year-old girl to become 5 months pregnant, Son Tay Town Police (Hanoi) said that the agency had urgently begun an investigation and summoned the two men to the police station for verification.

After the investigation, the police collected evidence and just issued a decision to temporarily detain Dao Van Sinh (born in 1962) and Dao Van Chuyen (born in 1966), both residing in Son Tay Town, to investigate the act of "Sexual intercourse with a person from 13 to under 16 years old".
Previously, according to the complaint of Mr. D, the father of Q (born 2003) and H (born 2005), because he and his wife worked all day, the two male neighbors took advantage of the situation to repeatedly have sexual intercourse with Q. and H. In which, Q. was sexually abused until she became pregnant, now 5 months pregnant and preparing to enter 10th grade.
Currently, Son Tay Town Police are continuing to consolidate documents and files to clarify the case.
